This four-story apartment was designed to give uniqueness to each residence, although all units had the typical floor layout. The client believed that each resident deserves a unique expression on the outer appearance, but the overall expression is aesthetically united and follows a typical floor layout.
The façade was thoughtfully designed to offer a sense of calm—not only to its residents returning home after a long day, but also to passersby along the street. Cement lattice screens were integrated to ensure privacy, to provide ventilation, and improve thermal comfort, within the master bedroom.
